6 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
2 cups strawberries, quartered
2 cups pineapple, cubed
1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime peel
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Combine fruit in a medium bowl.
Place honey and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
Pour honey mixture over fruit, and stir gently to coat.
