Kumquat Cranberry Gremolata:


1/4 cup toasted pecans

1 cup sliced kumquats

1/4 cup dried cranberries

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley


Slice kumquats

Mix in bowl with dried cranberries

Add Parsley and Peacans

Add couple cloves of garlic

Toss together
