James' Quick Chicken Salad
James Young, Tallahassee Chapter of the National Federation of the Blnid
1 bag of ready made leafy salad
1 small sweet onion
1 precooked breaded chicken paddy per serving
1. Put bagged salad in large bowl.
2. Cut up and add other veggies and toss into large bowl.
3. Cook chicken in oven or microwave per package instructions.
4. Then cut up cooked chicken.
5. Serve salad in bowls and top with chicken and choice of dressing.
