This year FAMU's homecoming and Presidential Inaugural Week will run hand in hand.

The theme: "Preserving the Legacy of Excellence in a New Era."

Students say it signifies a new day at FAMU and the Rattlers are excited for a week packed full of events.

Justin Robinson is a senior at FAMU and said, "With the turmoil and stuff we've gone through in the past years this is a great time to be a proud Rattler and bring back the spirit."

The homecoming schedule includes a fashion show, dorm step show and comedy and talent show.
