QUITMAN – Brooks County High School rallied students together on October 9th which is known across the country as UNITY Day.

Unity Day is a day that parents, students and communities come together to take a stand to supporting victims of bullying and recognizing that it will not be tolerated. To support this cause, orange is worn to show zero tolerance of bullying.

Percy Chastang of Adolescent Health at South Health District spoke to the students about bullying and how to not participate in it. Students, Faculty, Staff and Parents wore orange as well as signed a school pledge against bullying.
