Tallahassee, FL - Members of the FAMU Board of Trustees are in the process of figuring out what expectations are for the university president.
The school's Presidential Goal-Setting Committee met Tuesday afternoon.
Members say they want to come up with tools to evaluate Interim President Dr. Larry Robinson.
The goals for Dr. Robinson include: getting the university off academic probation, recruiting the best students and faculty, and increasing the graduation rate.
Trustee and Committee member Narayan Persaud, Ph.D. says, "It still has to be achieved whether Dr. Robinson is the leader or somebody else is the new leader. Competency has to be achieved throughout the spectrum."
