Sure the spring sports scene at FSU is dominated by football practice, baseball battles or even softball success, but the lady noles tennis team is wanting some attention as well.

The Garnet & Gold are the 17th best team in the nation.
The lady noles have served up that kind of status by volleying 5 straight wins in acc competition.

You want stats? You're looking at them. In singles competition, FSU's 7 ladies have racked up 72 total wins... 3 of the lady noles rank inside the top 100. Oh and if u fast forward to next weeks acc championships in Cary, NC, FSU has had pure dominance against the Carolinas. This season they were (4-0) head to head, outpointing teams (24-4).

This weekend closes out their regular season. Saturday at Boston College, then sunday morning at Maryland. A good finish and FSU could be hosting the first 2 regional rounds of the NCAA tournament.
