Another softball season slides into action and puts the FAMU softball team onto the MEAC diamond.

But stepping into the circle is the lady rattlers special weapon. Amanda Reyes returns for the chance to unleash more MEAC punishment. In the 2009 season, Reyes threw a no-hitter against Savannah State and followed it up with a perfect game against South Carolina State.

Back with Reyes is a talented roster still dripping with last years success.

FAMU Starting Pitcher Amanda Reyes said:
"There's a lot of confidence... Key returners with new freshmen... Very confident this year. We have good offense and that's gonna take us far."

Expect to see the orange & green rattling back into the postseason behind this strong arm and a whole lot of game.
