When you think about sports- most often you think about teams or specific athletes. And while they are the ones putting on a show on the field- you cant forget about the people behind the scenes.

It's people like Aricka Wright whose commitment off the field is making a different on the field in Tallahassee.

"When it comes to the community and people wanting to make a difference in the community, I'm all for that. these young men came up and asked me to jump aboard and help them become a success, or the best that they can be." says Aricka Wright.

In addition to being the CEO of the flag football team Case Closed, Aricka also helps organize the annual 1-9 Robert Jackson Memorial Softball Tournament.

Wright adds,"We bring many, many different teams from all over the united states down here in Tallahassee to play the great wonderful sport of softball."

And when everything is said and done- For Aricka it's all about helping the community, and letting everyone get in the game.

"When you're dealing with athletics it teaches discipline, it teaches motivation, it teaches structure, and with us coming out here and practicing every Tuesday and Thursday night, it's showing me that my guys are committed to the structural plan we have put together for the team." says Wright.
