Last nights loss to UConn wasn't all negative for the garnet and gold. From this game the noles were able to take away.

"I think we had a little stage fright there in the first half, and you know, you put that behind you and you just go out and play " says Coach Sue Semrau.

Which is exactly what the Noles did. Through the game, which will go down in college basketball history, the Noles were able to gain a lot of experience. There were even times when Coach Sue has all sophomores and freshman on the court against the number one team in the country. But it seemed the biggest take away the Noles had was to watch UConn's Maya Moore perform flawlessly on the court.

"I pulled Natasha Howard out of the game, and said, just watch her, just watch her play, and this is how she got to where she is and if you want to do anything like her, you're going to have to work as hard." says Semrau.

Florida State has a week before they play their next game against Florida here in the Capital City, and you can be sure they will be ready to go.
