Ready, Set, Cheer!

It's that time of year again, as Tallahassee's Own CheerCo Allstars take to the mat and show off all their hard work. The allstars wrapped up 2010 with 14 first place finishes, and for girls like Sarah Lewis and her teammates, its time to do it all over again.

"We have practice three times a week for two hours a night, and we work so hard, like, just after one practice. coming home and youre sore as can be, and its just a lot of work and a lot of effort and a lot of time." says Sarah Lewis.

"These guys have worked hard all year, we've had a lot of injuries and we're pulling back from all our injuries right now." adds Coach Marty McQueen.

Sarah and her team pack their bags and head to Daytona on Friday to compete in the State Championships...but it's just one of the many trips this competitive cheerleader is looking forward to.

"If we go to world again this year like we did last year then we would go to Ohio, and it would be fun to get to travel that far again." adds Lewis.

It's a goal she shares with the other 100 plus girls and boys that call themselves CheerCo allstars, and who look to make 2011 even better than 2010.
