At the start of the 2010 season, Coach Sue Semrau introduced her team to a brand new playing scheme, and as the Noles currently sit at 8-1 on the a season it seems the new look is helping the noles be successful on all areas of the court.

"We got to force teams to shoot outside and then go get the rebounds and that's what we do, that's what's winning us games, and it's something that we do night in and night out though, it's not something we do one game and not the other, it's something that really carries out defense." says Junior Forward Cierra Bravard.

The Noles have now begun to tweak the little here and there to help them continue their success.

Bravard adds," We really took into consideration everything that's been hurting us, and kinda picked it apart and worked on it a lot and were trying to put pieces together."

Coach Sue Semrau points out, "We have great balance, great versatility with our team."

And with over half the season to go...the Noles have one message for the rest of their opponents.

"It doesn't matter what you do to us, this is who we are."
