This isn't anything like powder puff, and this definitely isn't your Monday Night Football....

"Lingerie Football League is intense, I know when you say lingerie football league immediately people think, it's not intense at all, but you see one game and you realize that its not a joke, these girls are coming to take your head off."

Tallahassee native, Lincoln graduate, FSU Alum, and personal trainer Katy Ziegler has taken her athletic ability from the capital city to the Orlando Fantasy.

"I was personal training up in Tallahassee and a coworker of mine, his cousin plays for the Tampa Breeze, and I just thought it was really cool, and my only chance to be considered a professional athlete." Says Katy.

Katy and the Orlando Fantasy are both new to the LFL, but even though here and her teammates may all be rookies- but they don't lack skill.

"Its pretty hard core, the girls that I play with are true athletes, their not models or just good looking girls or cheerleaders."

And like all good teams, Katy says they've got each others trust, and they've got each others back.

"I love being part of the team, its been a long time, since high school, that Ive been a part of an athletic team and we all out to win together, so its pretty fun, its like a sorority, but better. " adds Katy.
