Last week Florida State was off to concentrate on finals.
Now their noses are back in the playbooks. The homework will soon be all about Auburn,
Second day at pratice this week, the Seminoles still working on fundamentals.
Game planning for Auburn starts next week.
FSU looks to complete the perfect season. Currently 13-0, Noles are an 8.5 point favorite over Auburn. The Vegas line opened at 7.5.
The spread doesnt matter to FSU. They are not taking the Tigers lightly. They want that crystal ball.
"First of all, it's tempo. First of all, they have tempo and they have good players. They have very good players - they're back is a very good player, they're quarterback is very dynamic and can run it.," FSU Head Football Coach Jimbo Fisher said.
"I'm not taking anything from Auburn or anything like that; they have a good running back, a good o-line, quarterback and everything like that, some great receivers. But it's just a lack of execution on others and that's why we're going hard in practice to make sure we prepare well," FSU senior linebacker Telvin Smith said.
"I'm kind of rusty right now. But, for the most part, it's good to get back in the groove of things. I'm just happy to be practicing again to get a chance to go out with these guys and prepare for a big goal like the National Championship," FSU senior defensive back Terrence Brooks said.
