Athens, GA - Ann-Perry Blank came in fourth in platform diving on Wednesday to highlight Georgia’s performances on the final day of the Tennessee Invitational.
Blank rolled up 232.00 points to pace the Lady Bulldogs at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center. Hannah Moore, the 3-meter springboard winner on Monday, came in 17th with 197.90 points. Ansley Long placed 24th with 177.90 points.
Alex Watson led the Bulldogs with a ninth-place effort on tower as he scored 284.25 points. Owen Blank accumulated 234.10 points to come in 21st.
“We had a solid tower day today, which capped off three pretty good days of competition for us,” Georgia diving coach Dan Laak said. “We accomplished what we wanted to, and we’re hoping to carry it over to the rest of the season.”
Georgia’s swimming and diving teams will return to action Saturday in Dallas. The Lady Bulldogs will face SMU and Texas A&M at 1 p.m., and the Bulldogs will take on SMU at 5 p.m.
