Tallahassee, FL - ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will return to Tallahassee for the second straight year – this time for an Atlantic Coast Conference Atlantic Division showdown between No. 5 Florida State and No. 11 Clemson.
“We’re happy to have ESPN’s College GameDay coming to Tallahassee,” FSU head coach Jimbo Fisher said. “It’s going to be a great game and great atmosphere next weekend and having GameDay here will add to that. Having that big game…it’s one of the reasons our players come to Florida State and our fans show up. Creating that atmosphere is one of the best things about college football.”
Live from Langford Green on the campus of Florida State beginning at 9 a.m. EST on ESPNU and from 10 a.m.-Noon on ESPN, the much anticipated week four matchup pits the last two teams to win the ACC Atlantic Division against each other.
Once again the show will feature host Chris Fowler and analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard during the hours of 10 a.m. and Noon on ESPN. Newcomer Samantha Steele will anchor the first hour on ESPNU at 9 a.m., and contribute reports, interviews and features throughout the latter two hours. Reporter Tom Rinaldi will also provide features on a weekly basis, and ESPN analyst and former NFL player David Pollack will join in a contributing role.
Florida State and Clemson will face off at 8 p.m. (EST) Saturday. The game will be televised live on ABC.
