Atlanta, GA (AP) - Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson wishes Cooper
Taylor well after the safety left the team last week.
Taylor's 2009 season ended after three games when he underwent
surgery for an increased and inconsistent heart rate.
Though doctors cleared him to play this year, Taylor lost his
starting job after the season-opening win over South Carolina
State.
Johnson says he won't restrict where Taylor, the son of former
Georgia Tech quarterback Jim Bob Taylor, could transfer if he
decides to go to another school.
The Yellow Jackets (5-2, 3-1 Atlantic Coast Conference) visit
Clemson (3-3, 1-2) on Saturday.
