MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Detroit Tigers have agreed to terms with their first-round draft pick, right-hander Jonathan Crawford for a little more than $2 million.

The deal was announced on Friday, when the Tigers were in Minnesota for a three-game series. The team also agreed to terms on contracts for 18 other players who were drafted last week.

Crawford was taken with the 20th overall selection. He'll get a signing bonus of $2,001,700, which is the slot value for his draft position.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Crawford posted a 3-6 record with a 3.84 ERA as a junior this season at Florida with 69 strikeouts in 86 2-3 innings. He pitched a no-hitter during his sophomore year, the first for the Gators in 21 years.
