FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -- Rotnei Clarke and Marshawn Powell
scored 14 points each as Arkansas defeated Florida A&M 94-55 on
Wednesday night.
The Razorbacks (16-9) took any suspense out of the game early,
building a 43-6 lead and shooting 63 percent in the first half.
Four players scored in double figures for Arkansas, which
improved to 11-3 in non-conference games this season. Besides
Clarke and Powell, Delvon Johnson finished with 13 points and Jeff
Peterson added 10.
Meanwhile, the Rattlers (11-15) connected on just 4 of 28 shots
in the first half while falling to 0-2 against the Southeastern
Conference this season. Florida A&M lost 76-37 at Alabama on Nov.
12.
Avery Moore had 11 points for the Rattlers, who had their
four-game win streak snapped.
