Patience truly is a virtue. Just ask Clemon Johnson.
The new Florida A&M men's basketball coach has waited 20 years since finishing his professional basketball career to return to his alma mater with his dream job.
"I'm ready for this opportunity, so I'm looking forward to it," he said. "It's totally a blessing because I've been around the world more or less and now I've made it back home."
Johnson played in the N-B-A for 10 years and three years overseas. After retiring, he was back on the sidelines. He became the first head boys basketball coach at East Gadsden High School. But his most recent stint was at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks.
