WASHINGTON (AP) -- Dadrian Collins scored 13 points and Howard
scored more than half of its points from the free throw line,
beating Florida A&M 59-50 on Saturday.
Anton Dickerson finished with 11 points for the Bison (6-20, 4-9
Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), who made 30 free throws in a game
where both teams combined to make nine field goals in the second
half.
Collins broke a 34-all tie with a free throw, sparking an 11-1
run to give the Bison a 45-35 lead with 12:57 left in the second

two free throws.
Florida A&M (11-16, 6-7) cut the Bison's lead to 54-50 with 57
seconds left on a free throw by Amin Stevens, who was the only

But Howard held the Rattlers scoreless and knocked down five
free throws to pull away.
