On April 30, former FAMU defensive tackle Padric Scott stopped by the WCTV studio to talk football.
Scott was a special guest for the 6 PM sports. In the live 6 PM show, Scott talked about his excitement to have an opportunity to play in the NFL. The former Lincoln High School star signed a free agent contract with the NFL's Arizona Cardinals.
Scott was key member of FAMU's run stop and plans on doing so at the next level. Scott is listed at 6', 317 lbs. He strong and fast, there is a reason he is nicknamed "The Beast." At FAMU's pro day he bench pressed 225 pounds a remarkable 39 times and ran a 40 time of 4.8 seconds.
