In FSU’s two NCAA tourney wins last week, Bernard James scored 24 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and blocked six shots.

"Ive been attending FSU basketball games since I was a kid, grew up in Tallahassee, love basketball, and I'm just very excited." says Seminole Fan Margaret Groves.

Decked out in garnet and gold with signs in hand... Florida State fans greeted the Noles with cheers as they got ready to board for San Antonio.
"We know that there are a lot of great basketball fans out there who come out and support our guys, so we really appreciate them being here today." adds Athletic Director, Randy Spetman.
"The last time the Noles reached the sweet sixteen it was 1993, a time some of these fans remember well."
"Absolutely," Did you come out and support them then? "No not then, but we were huge fans then and have been since 1980, when we moved here." Adds Bill and Louise Jones.
