Tallahassee, FL - The Florida State athletics administration and the Atlantic Coast Conference have announced the addition of three televised home games to the 2010-11 FSU women’s basketball schedule.
The Seminoles will now have a total of 10 games televised this season.
FSU’s game against Jacksonville State on Dec. 12 will now air on Fox Sports Florida at 2 p.m. The Jan. 9, 2011 ACC showdown with Virginia -- which originally was scheduled to have a 2 p.m. tip-off – will now start at 3 p.m. and will also be televised on Fox Sports Florida.
Head coach Sue Semrau and her team will then have their Feb. 2, 2011 game against North Carolina shown on Sun Sports.
Florida State will take on Alabama-Huntsville in an exhibition at the Donald L. Tucker Center on Oct. 24 before opening the season at home against Alabama State on Nov. 12.
