AUBURN, Ala. (AP) -- Josh Langford scored 16 points to lead
Auburn over Florida State 65-60 on Monday night, its fourth
The Tigers (7-7) led 27-22 at halftime behind 11 points from
Langford, who made 3 of 4 from 3-point range in the first half. The
Seminoles (11-4) made just 24.2 percent of their shots in the first
half (8 of 33), including 1 of 15 from 3-point range (6.7 percent).
FSU went on a 9-2 run to open the second half, punctuated by a
Chris Singleton steal and dunk, to lead 31-29 with 17:32 to go.
Allen Payne and Earnest Ross hit back-to-back 3s along with a
three-point play by Kenny Gabriel as Auburn went on an 11-0 run in
2:28 to give the Tigers their largest lead, 45-36, with 11:15
Florida State came right back, ripping off a 10-1 run that ended
on a Michael Snaer 3-pointer to tie the game at 46.
Ross finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds for FSU.
