Over the past two games Florida State fans have witnessed the emergence of Terrance Shannon.
FSU men's head basketball coach Leonard Hamilton says,
"Terrance is a high energy youngster, he's more of a perfectionist and sometimes, those guys, what makes them good is that aggressive, high energy competitive spirit."
The 6'8" Sophomore made his first career starts as a Seminole against Duke and North Carolina State.
FSU sophomore forward Terrance Shannon adds,
"I just tried to come out confident. Coach wanted me to come out and bring energy, attack the boards, run the floor. I'm just playing my role, doing really well and try to continue to keep working and do what I do best."
His best help FSU to wins over both schools and has the Noles tied for first in the conference. Looking at Shannon he's a different player than he was at the start of the calendar year, probably because he's rocking a new style.
Terrance Shannon adds,
"It was time for a change I mean I've had hair all my life. I had braids growing up and then junior year I cut it and grew my dreads so it was time for a change.
Coach Jones was joking about it and he was like your performance will be real well once you start cutting your hair."
He's two for two so far.
