The University of South Florida Bulls have successfully made a Cinderella climb to the number 2 spot in the nation, and now the recruiting is at a premium. Just ask Daniel Bryant from Chiles High School.
The senior wide receiver signed to play for the Bulls next season, after taking a visit to Tampa this past weekend. The success & attention is two-fold, Bryant's playmaking ability with the T-Wolves has given him a shot to play at the next level.
Bryant just barely missed out on our Annual Super-6 List, but has joined Lincoln's BJ Daniels as one of the area's best high school players that have used every opportunity to prove that they should be considered among the top six seniors in the area.
Daniel Bryant, Chiles Senior WR says:
"Before the season started, I was thinking USF and as they played more games, i was like, I'm sure it'll be fun to play for the defending Naitonal champs because I'm pretty sure they'll make it to the National Championship game this year"
Bryant joins a host of other players from this area that have chosen USF as their college football destination. Other current USF Bulls from the area include TCCHS' Dontavia Bogan, Godby's Keith McKaskill, Valdosta's Cedric Hill just to name a few.
