Angel Robinson added 15 points for the Bulldogs (6-0), who
rallied from a six-point halftime deficit and found themselves
trailing again with seven and one-half minutes remaining. Angela
Puleo scored 11 for Georgia.
Aarika Hughes had 13 points for USC (2-2), which shot just 29
percent in the second half.
Ashley Houts hit a free throw to put Georgia up 59-57, then
missed the second and USC called time-out with 12.9 seconds left.
Knowing the Bulldogs had two fouls to give, Houts wrapped up
Camille LeNoir -- the hero of USC's comeback over Virginia Tech
last night -- with 8 seconds remaining.
After another time-out, LeNoir's 3-pointer with 3 seconds left
bounced off the rim and went out of bounds after being touched by a
Georgia player. That set up one attempt for the Women of Troy, but
Angel Robinson intercepted the inbound pass and time expired.
