FSU Men's Hoops Hosts Minnesota

Big game Tuesday night in town at the Tally-Leon Civic Center as the Seminoles host the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The Big Ten-ACC Showdown involves the Gophers with Tubby Smith leading the charge fresh off a Central Michigan 18-point victory.

The last time these two teams met was 3 years ago, when the Seminoles won by a point, thanks to 19 points by Von Wafer.

The game tips off at 7:30 PM, and FSU's Coach Hamilton is looking for some reassurance, that the team's current two game winning streak is legit.

"Well, we are not real sure that we have returned yet, so we need to be consistent throughout over a long period of time, before you can declare that, but we are showing signs that we can be more consistent, and that we have an opportunity to be a good basketball team," says FSU men's basketball coach Leonard Hamilton.
