Sean Taylor Slaying Suspect in Court

MIAMI (AP) _ All four of the suspects in the killing of NFL star Sean Taylor are now being held in Miami-Dade County.

Eric Rivera, the 17-year-old accused of firing the fatal shot, was moved from Fort Myers last night. He's scheduled to make a court appearance this morning. Three other suspects made brief court appearances by videoconference yesterday and are being held without bail.

A lawyer says police are seeking a fifth suspect but police haven't confirmed that.

The Washington Redskins safety was fatally wounded at his suburban Miami home last week during what police say was botched burglary.
