There will be a new quarterback situation for the Florida State Seminoles as Xavier Lee has not enrolled in classes, and it has been confirmed by the Florida State football program that Lee will not be a member of the team next season.

As for the options for Lee, well he can head to a Division-II program without sitting out a year. He can transfer for a Division-1 school and likely sit out. Or the latest rumors have him declaring for the NFL draft.

Lee was a Seminoles quarterback for the past 3 years sharing some time with Drew Weatherford. He had some good days, most notably leading the Noles to a win over 'Bama in the River City Classic.

However, his lack of consistency was demonstrated when he short-armed the ball four straight times in the waning seconds against Miami.

Drew Weatherford, Christian Ponder, and D'vontrey Richardson are the Seminoles quarterbacks.
