The Rattlers were in action on the hardwood Monday night, and although they came out on the wrong side of the win/loss column, it was a game that had the Rattler faithful buzzing.

Down 12 early in the first half, the Rattlers stormed back, as former Leon High Lion Akini Akini enjoyed his best game in a while with 18 points and 14 boards, but when the buzzer sounded, it just wasn't enough.

Eugene Harris, the team's head coach comments, "It was basket for basket. They matched us, we matched them, and we just didn't play smart the last minute of the ball game."
