FSU Men's Hoops Plays With Passion Against Clemson

By  |

Noles fans are all in a good mood tonight after the Seminoles offered the home crowd something to cheer for last night.

The question now is whether this is something to build on, or simply a highlight on a disappointing season.

There is no question, the Noles found a recipe for success last night. They played hard on defense, and took the ball to the basket, rather than settle for jumpers.

Now the Noles look to follow up with the same game plan on Saturday against Boston College.

"I think it's a combination of a lot of things, number one, I think our kids played tremendously intense on the defensive end, we rebounded very well, they were patient on the offensive end, ... We took the ball to the basket," says head FSU hoops coach Leonard Hamilton.

"Clemson is a very high quality opponent. They're playing good basketball right now, and we came out and executed enough to get the win," adds senior guard Jason Rich.
