The Noles received yet another reminder of how difficult it will be to repeat their success in the 2009 baseball season.
As if Buster Posey's dominance in post-season awards wasn't enough of a reminder of what they'll be missing, the Noles have confirmed, that they will also lose hard-thrower Elih Villanueva to the Florida Marlins.
This was very much expected for the Noles, as Coach Martin knew coming into the season that Villanueva, who signed with Florida State fresh out of Junior College, probably would play just one season with the Noles.
In that season, Villanueva was effective, finishing 7-4 with 95 strikeouts, which ranked second on the squad. The Noles now await word on two other juniors who were drafted, Matt Fairel and Tony Delmonico.
