JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) _ The Jacksonville Jaguars have selected
Zach Miller in the sixth round of the NFL draft, giving them a
versatile player who saw action at safety, quarterback and tight
end in college.
Miller, a 6-foot-4, 233-pounder from Nebraska-Omaha, could earn
a spot on Jacksonville's roster as a special teams standout.
The 180th overall pick, Miller is the fourth player the Jaguars
selected Sunday from a small college. They drafted Temple's
Terrance Knighton in the third round, William & Mary's Derek Cox in
the fourth and Rice's Jarett Dillard in the fifth.
The Jaguars have two seventh-round picks remaining.
