DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) _ Volusia County authorities say two-time NASCAR Busch Series champion Martin Truex Junior was charged with disorderly intoxication after an officer saw him urinate on a car.
A police report says a Volusia County Beach Patrol officer observed Truex urinating in a parking garage Saturday morning.
The report says Captain Rich Gardner approached Truex and said, quote -- ``I hope that's worth 100 bucks.''
According to Gardner, Truex responded with, ``It is worth 100 bucks,'' and he held out a $100 bill.
Twenty-six-year-old Truex told The Daytona Beach News-Journal
