Former Seminole Leon Washington was a joy to watch in his rookie season. After a down year with the Noles, Washington fell to the fourth round, before the Jets nabbed him and gave him an opportunity.
He rewarded them as he rushed for 4 touchdowns, 650 yards, an average of over 40 rushing yards per game. While the Jets were impressed, they still opted to reload, and signed former Bear Thomas Jones to gain the majority of the rushes.
Don't expect the speedy Leon to sulk, he's already built a career on proving people wrong:
"Not necessarily being satisfied, but just other people believing in you and getting people's trust and knowing your ability and what you're capable of doing and just going out there and not be satisfied in your abilities and not getting content and trying to get better," explains Washington. " If you do that everyday, you can always prove other people wrong."
