TALLAHASSEE-----The Seminoles are good these days..., not perfect, but their 27 and 1 record is like a one-hitter. Sure the perfect game would have been nice, but who can complain about a win... or in this case 27 of them.
Most recently, North Florida University played the role of victim. they kept the Seminole bats at bay, limiting them to just 6 runs on 9 hits, but the Noles arms shut out North Florida, surrendering just 3 hits in all.
These are the types of wins that allows standouts such as Tony Thomas junior, to brand it "Florida State baseball."

Thomas states, "North Florida's always been a good competitive team. We came out and we played Florida State baseball tonight and got the job done and now, we go to Duke this weekend and continue what we're doing right now."
