In Tallahassee, in recent years the expectations for Seminoles fans was a strong softball squad with sturdy pitching, and a young baseball team on the rebound.
Surprisingly, it's been the baseball team that has soared, while the Lady Noles haven't reached the level of consistency needed for the team to play like the dynasties Jo-Anne Graf developed not too long ago. Most recently, the Lady Noles were set back by a series loss to Georgia Tech that now has them losers of 4 out of 5.
They'll have a chance to challenge in-town rival FAMU tomorrow, before hitting the road again, this time up in Boston College.
Starting Pitcher Tiffany McDonald comments, "I think our team is just in a place right now where we need to put everything together at the right time, start making plays, star holding each other individually accountable for things."
