GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) _ Chris Rusin pitched a complete game and
Sean Coughlin hit two home runs to help lead Kentucky to a 9-to-2
win over Florida today.
Kentucky scored six of its runs in the second inning. Coughlin
opened the second with a home run to center field and Keenan Wiley
later hit a double that drove in two.
Coughlin hit his other home run in the fourth inning. Wiley and
Jason Kipnis each had three hits and two R-B-Is for Kentucky.
Rusin struck out eight batters in his nine innings on the mound.
Cole Figueroa recorded a run and three hits for Florida. He
homered in the fourth inning for Florida's first run.
Rusin picked up the win for Kentucky.
Tony Davis got the loss for Florida.
