TALLAHASSEE, FL---What a bizarre season it has been for the Florida State baseball team. First, they go on wild win streaks to begin their season, then they change their rotation, despite, leading their conference, and now they practice at TCC.
The reason behind their current practice grounds is the same reason why many of your plants are thirsty.. a lack of rain.
While the sod at Dick Howser has been replaced and will eventually be green. The surprise is that the young Seminole batters haven't been green at all. The lineup is ripe with productivity and ready to go.
Coach Mike Martin comments, "There's always got to be that mix of everybody being capable of driving in runs. You don't want a pitcher to relax after he gets past your 5th hitter and that has happened here in my career."
