TALLAHASSEE---
It's was a triumphant weekend for the Seminoles. In College Park, Maryland more season records shattered than the disco fiasco at Comisky Park a few decades ago.
We start with the offense. After blasting 6 homeruns in the Friday opener, the Noles then blasted 26 hits, 8 doubles and homerun to win 20-5.
If you're more into the pitching side of the game, take a look at the boxscore of Sunday's finale. The Seminoles managed the sweep behind a career-high 12 strikeouts from former closer-turned starter Danny Rosen.
It was one of those weekends where the Noles couldn't do any wrong.
Head Baseball Coach Mike Martin commented, "The games at Maryland, when you beat a team 20-5 and the next day you win 3-2 you have to be impressed with the team."
