FSU defensive tackle, Paul Griffin, was arrested Wednesday morning when he appeared for a hearing at the Leon County courthouse.
The red-shirt junior was released from the Leon County jail on $2,500 bond. Leon County deputies say Griffin had violated his probation from a previous DUI charge.
According to Griffin's probation office, he was originally arrested on November 2, 2006 in Leon County for driving under the influence.
FSU says it has no comment on legal matters. They say they will wait for the case to play out in court.
