A big defensive lineman on the FSU football team found himself in some trouble today. Paul Griffin was arrested early this morning at the Leon County courthouse for missing a previous court date.
This all stems from an earlier arrest for driving under the influence in '06. It's been a tough tenure for the Noles nose guard. Last year he started the first two games of the season before tearing his ACL in a contest against Troy.
Recently, WCTV aired a story on his physical rehab and he was back in contention for the starting spot this year as a redshirt junior. Griffin was released on $2,500 bail. WCTV met with some of his teammates today who preferred not to comment on the matter.
