ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ The Orlando Magic's new coach Stan Van
Gundy is back, sort of.
Van Gundy was overseeing the Magic's entry in the six-team Pepsi
Pro Summer League, which opened today at Orlando's practice
He watched games from a private room above the gym, while rows
of N-B-A coaches, executives and agents watched from courtside. Van
Gundy considered running the summer league team, but eventually
delegated the head-coach role to assistant Steve Clifford, part of
his newly hired staff.
