FSU Band Member To Press Charges Against Boston College Basketball Coach
An FSU student says he wants to press charges for battery against an assistant coach from Boston College after an incident at Sunday's basketball game.

The FSU Police Department says an FSU band member wants to press charges against a Boston College basketball coach after an incident at Sunday's game.

FSUPD say the band member was trying to exit after their pregame show when one of the coaches was in his way. The band member
said "excuse me" to try and get past him and that is when the assistant coach from Boston college allegedly put both of his hands on the band members shoulders and said "get the f*#% off my court" and shoved him.

The student says he wants to press charges for battery against Bonzie Colson.

The investigator has turned it over to the state attorney's office to see if this is technically criminal battery.

Good for the band member.He should pursue the battery charge, especially with multiple witnesses. Guess BC has more problems than ac Bonzie Colson, since they just canned the hc, Al Skinner.

To "Anonymous" I guess being unprofessional and using profanity is civilized behavior in your book. What a Neanderthal you are!! Oh that's right I probably used a few too big words not normally in your vocabulary didn't I. I learned to use them from serving in the US Military and law enforcement, where I also learned how to deal with all muscle and no brain types like you. As for GB, when an off duty law enforcement professional (an FHP trooper), and two other witness' can collaborate the account given, I seriously think this is hardly a situation where someone just wants some notoriety. What is disgusting is the two of you would think this type of aberrant behavior is acceptable. Yes it is a sad sign of the times we live in, that two boneheads like you would defend such atrocious behavior. I bet you two voted for that now foul smelling change back in 2008 didn't you. God help this country before it is too late.

What a candy butt. Probably the reason he is in the band. He wasn't assaulted, he was assisted in getting by the coach in what was very tight quarters, as for the cursing, so what, be a big boy and deal with it.
