Horford Impresses in Debut With Atlanta

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Al Horford scored a game-high 18 points and Acie Law had seven points and five assists as the two first-round draft picks made their summer league debuts in the Atlanta Hawks' 64 to 63 loss to the Utah Jazz last.

Shelden Williams had 11 points and eight rebounds in the Hawks' opening game of the annual Rocky Mountain Revue.

Hawks assistant coach Larry Drew said the 6’10” Horford was “a beast around the basket.”
