GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Two-time defending national champion Florida will play nine games against teams that made the NCAA tournament last season, highlighted by a rematch of the title game against Ohio State.
Florida's 2007-08 schedule also includes 19 home games and three in-state games against out-of-state opponents.
The Gators will play 14 of their first 15 games in the Sunshine State, beginning with the November ninth season opener against North Dakota State.
The lone road game will be December 22nd at Ohio State, a rematch of last season's title game in Atlanta. The Gators won that one 84 to 75 to claim their second consecutive national championship.
This one, however, will have a much different feel, especially without most of the players who carried the schools to the Final Four.
