Marlins Beat St. Louis

ST. LOUIS (AP) _ Josh Willingham homered twice with a
career-best six RBIs with a grand slam in the third inning to help
the Florida Marlins stop an eight-game losing streak with an 11-3
victory over St. Louis.
Albert Pujols (POO'-hohlz) was 0-for-3 with a popup, line out to
center and groundout. That ends his streak of homering in a
career-best five straight games. Pujols' RBI streak also ended at
seven games.
The Marlins prevailed after manager Fredi Gonzalez ordered his
players not to show up before two hours before game time. The
come-late strategy worked as Rick VandenHurk evened his mark at
4-and-4 with the win.
