ATHENS, Ga. ----- Georgia soccer incoming freshman Nikki Hill was called up to the upcoming Canada U-20 camp, its coach Carolina Morace announced June 12.
The camp will be held from July 5-12 in Alliston, Ontario, just north of Toronto.

Hill, a native of Scottsdale, Ariz., had been called up to the team's previous camp in South Surrey, British Columbia, in May - an event that saw 22 players take part in the four-day event. She was named a captain and earned a starting spot at right back in the team's exhibition contest vs. the Vancouver Whitecaps on May 12.

The Canada women's U-20 team is preparing for the next FIFA U20 Women's World Cup in 2012.

Hill was a participant in U-20 camps in Juarez, Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. She plays with the Sereno SC club team and has captained eight straight Arizona state championship teams. Hill and her teammates will next represent the state in the Region IV Far West Regionals before she officially joins the Bulldogs in the fall.
